What are the production timelines?
Timelines depend on volume, model and type of personalization. Once the artwork and quote are approved, you receive a confirmed delivery date and follow every stage of production. For events with a set date, planning starts at the finish line: we work backward from your deadline and organize production around it.

What sizes are available?
The size range covers kids through adults, with men's, women's and unisex fits. Before closing the order, you receive the measurement chart for each piece and, when needed, sample pieces to check. Special size ranges can be produced on demand.

Can I personalize my order?
Yes. All production is custom: colors, logo application, names, numbering and sponsors. You send the artwork or work with our team to develop it, and approve the layout before production starts.
